I had a lovely stay at the hotel, especially enjoyed the Mud Bath & Spa Center, which was a unique experience with great amenities. However, we encountered some issues with the service during our check-in that disrupted our arrival. The hotel offers a variety of spa services that were fantastic, but the initial experience with the front desk staff left a lot to be desired.

While the Mud Bath & Spa was fantastic, offering a range of services at reasonable prices and a serene atmosphere, we faced issues with check-in that put a damper on our experience. The staff was overall friendly, and we appreciated the ocean view from our room. However, during peak times, like New Year's, the service can be chaotic and inefficient. The location is prime, just a couple of minutes from the beach, making it a solid choice for relaxation.

My husband and I had an amazing honeymoon at this hotel! It was spotlessly clean and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, especially Lue, My, Qua, and T.Ang. The spa facilities were a highlight, providing a relaxing experience, though at one point I felt a bit lost navigating the spa area. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for relaxation and luxury.

During my stay, I found the hotel to have lovely staff and a beautiful swimming pool, but it definitely needs some maintenance. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the beds were incredibly soft. However, the dirty windows and pool conditions did detract from the overall experience, making it feel less clean than I'd hoped. Given the price, it was reasonable, but I wouldn't pay more than what I did.
